​MISSION AND HISTORY

LEAP Values

LEAP sets a high standard of quality in the staff and principles it employs. Students are held in high regard, and their ultimate progress is the top priority. Therefore, LEAP is committed to:

 

L -eading every student by modeling positive, healthy behaviors and relationships in a clear, detailed manner with  several different approaches;

 

E -mpowering students to adopt adaptive, constructive roles and coping skills, via role-playing, that will enable them to develop emotionally, socially and academically;

 

A -ffirming students with regular and frequent performance feedback that will assist them in making appropriate decisions, academically & therapeutically, as well as in choosing directions that will benefit them beyond LEAP;

 

P-rogressive LEAP reaches across several special education spectrums to supply students with the most effective, innovative and evidence based academic and psychoeducational services.
